The thing that I believed always gave me headaches was the weather. For me this was a new belief pattern.
I did not get a single headache when I moved into my new house in that region. Not long after living there, and listening to the locals always complaining about how the weather gives everyone headaches, well the first headache I got I automatically associated it with the weather of that area, and bingo: a belief pattern was born. So now the weather would change, and I would get a headache after that.
You can reprogram your belief patterns with energy healing. Everything we think, creates our realities, especially when integrated with belief patterns.
It is not impossible that energy healing will show you the way of reprogramming yourself, and thus eliminating the pain of headaches. So energy healing has really much to do with the power of thought, and focus. The flow of energy through which we are a channel to focus that energy on ourselves and on others is done through thought.
The ancient Taoists said that “Will,” is more important than the chi. When “Will,” is absent, or the power of thought, no energy can be moved. If nothing moves, there can be no vibration or frequency created, and nothing can exist. Everything is energy. So in order for energy to exist it needs to have a frequency.

Basically energy healing works on the energetic level of life. It is everywhere within and without. It connects all of us. When we concentrate energy healing on others it has double effect. It helps everyone, the giver and the receiver.
You do not have to have a belief pattern for this in order to receive any healing energy. But it is important that a positive belief pattern exists between the practitioner and the recipient. Why? The intensity and positive results of the energy healing will probably be magnified.
Studies have been done with prayer groups who have healed unknowing patients at hospitals through the power of thought. When combined, like in a group of people who are all focusing on the same goal, positive belief patterns will intensify the energy healing.
It is our collective consciousness that creates this effect. On the other hand through negative belief patterns you will get the opposite effect. I wonder how many energy healing systems there are these days? A long time ago around the end of the nineties I started my spiritual journey, and back then there seemed to be a handful of energy healing systems. Now, ever since the world wide web came about, there seems to be more systems than I can count, and growing.
Now there are thousands of similar reiki systems, its no longer just Usui. Is there an energy healing boom? Yes. Films like Conversations With God, What The Bleep Do We Know, The Chalistine Prophecy, and The Secret have done their part to make energy healing even bigger.

Fad, or authentic movement toward enlightenment, perhaps both are true, but on an individual basis it does not matter. What is important is starting the journey. It is how you do the walking that matters in life not the path you choose. It is not attaining what you might think is the ultimate goal that will bring about the greatest change in you, what changes you for real is everything that happens on the way.
We are all at different levels of enlightenment, I don’t think that some people are more enlightened than others, that’s the way I see it. Through the eyes of math this concept is well explained. Math is the language of god, and the Mandel Brot set, which is a mathematical formula seems to nicely demonstrate the patterns of the universe in terms of fractals. You will notice that each branch of the Madel Brot Set, each fractal pattern stems out from the same source, yet the branches become something beautifully unique. The branches of the fractal tree can describes us. Our branch mirrors the trunk, or source: always connected, likewise we are utterly unique.
Like a fractal, or a branch, all energy healing systems have their own unique modulation, yet all are connected to the same source too. If it were a flavor it would not be any less delicious than any other flavor.

Energy Healing — If It Can Make You Feel Good, Can It Make You Feel Bad Too?
Have I had any bad experiences with energy healing? Let me think about it. In short I can answer with no. The long answer would be:
Receiving energy healing is not always pleasant. Should you consider this bad? No not in any way!

Everyone has different needs in terms of energy healing. Thus, the healing, and results will be different for everyone. I have had some nice healing sessions where afterward, I just could not stop laughing.
There were healings I had to cry afterward.
And I have experienced energy healing sessions where I practically felt nothing at all.
Most of the time I have laughed.
These strong reactions can occur when the blockages are cleared from your chakras. Then the chi energy starts to flow more abundantly again, which clears out the emotional baggage you are carrying.
The different reactions to energy healing can be explained through this. So depending on what emotions you are repressing, will influence your reaction. So once, after a very unpleasant experience, I had a WhiteLight Self-Empowerment session, and I cried like a baby.
Whether it was pleasant or not, in the end energy healing has always done its job.
When I was sick, sometimes I was healed quickly through it, other times the symptoms got even worse, before disappearing all together, and there were times the illness just slowly faded away.

Since energy healing is a cleansing process it woks perfectly for your physical and spiritual well being. A doctor can not guarantee healing, and nor can energy healing.
Although it has been proven time and time again that skeptics have been healed through energy healing, I think the more you believe in it the more it will work for you.
A good or bad experience is irrelevant as long as it works? There is no doubt in my mind, and I was a skeptic in the beginning, that it works wonders.
After I was cured of a cancerous lump on my back once, all skepticism vanished from my mind forever.

Their are no instruments that can measure chi as a physical energy yet, but chi has been documented by science to have an effect. Chi is not electricity. Chi itself as a proven force is difficult to explain, although science can measure its effects on material objects and people. There is, however, no doubt that is can be very effective.

Illnesses or paralysis of the worst kind have been healed this way. From their inner healing powers, inspired by the power of thought, paralyzed people have be made to walk again. Others have been partially or fully healed of cancer.
